Captagon is known as the drug of jihad after being found in terrorist hideouts, including one used by the jihadis who killed 90 people at the Bataclan theater in Gay Paree in 2015. ISIS fighters lived on the stuff — and its manufacture was an income stream for them as well as other Syrian jihadi groups.
