Nangarhar explosion kills, injures dozen of civilians

 says at least two non-combatants were killed in an IED explosion in Nangarhar province.

Attaullah Khogyani, Nangarhar front man told the media that the incident happened at around 6:00 am on Wednesday morning in Jalalabad city.

According to Khogyani, at least two civilians are dead and 18 others including three coppers are maimed in the blast.
