NYPD Detective attacked with stick in broad daylight, suspect chased and arrested
[TRENDINGVIEWS.CO] A NYPD detective was attacked while he was just standing there doing his job, minding his own business, when out of nowhere a man came over and hit him on the head with a stick.The person stood there looking confused for a second, the detective fell over, and then cops pursued the suspect on foot. It's unclear what happened after the video stopped recording, but a later news report said the suspect was arrested. CBS Local reported, "It happened just before noon while the detective was investigating a burglary on Prince Street in Flushing, Queens. Police arrested 25-year-old Akeele Morgan.
