  • The shipment was split into 52 large bags labeled 'A3' and were destined for Mexico by a drug trafficking network linked to followers of Jairo Martínez, deceased leader of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC)

  • The three men, who identified themselves as fishermen, were charged with trafficking, manufacturing and carrying narcotics
