[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] - Washington D.C. police are offering $10,000 for any information about 42-year-old Maryland resident Kenneth Miles Davis' whereabouts
- Police say Davis shot a woman in a road rage incident on May 19 while her two kids were in the car
- The driver was struck in the shoulder and a 5-year-old was hit by the shattered glass while the 11-year-old was traumatized
- Surveillance footage from the event shows Davis getting out of his car and approaching a gray sedan that he starts shooting
- He then turns back and begins to shoot the car behind him, before getting into his Maserati and making a U-turn
- Once apprehended, police say, Davis will be charged with assault with a dangerous weapon
