India Opens Channels With Taliban Leaders: Report
[ToloNews] India for the first time opened channels of communication with Afghan Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men...leaders, including the group's deputy leader Mullah Ghani Baradar, the Hindustan Times reported on Wednesday.
