Kuwaiti parliament near being dissolved?
 Legislators harmed their relations with the executive when they called a vote of no confidence in the health minister, Kuwait's prime minister said yesterday, in a comment seen as a warning that parliament might be dissolved. "We express our discomfort with the way the no-confidence motion was tabled," the Prime Minister, Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah, said in a statement read out on state television. The prime minister did not reveal his intentions in the statement, but he said the no confidence vote was "damaging" to cooperation between the legislative and executive branches of government.
