Why I cannot forgive Jane Fonda
My reasons are both youthful yet strong. One of the three times my father threw his dinner at the TV set is when we both saw on the five o'clock news the photo of Jane Fonda straddling the barrel of a 17 MM anti-aircraft gun. The newsman was laughing. I believed right then and there that the adults had gone mad. My pen pal, Pfc Edward Dvorak of South Dakota, who never sent me the ears I requested, died in battle five months later.
I don't know what to say to the woman except that maybe power corrupts.
In her case, she really never had to struggle financially.
She will be forever collectively cursed for this pain caused to so many. Thank You
