NYC man arrested twice in the last month for attacking strangers STABS tourist from California after being freed again
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] - Adan Moreno, 29, stabbed a man from Los Angeles in the stomach as he walked through Midtown Manhattan with his brother, girlfriend and two young kids
- The attack happened around 9.40pm on Friday after the victim confronted Moreno for throwing a pack of strawberries at him
- Moreno was arrested on multiple charges, including second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon
- In August he was arrested twice within two weeks for punching two people in separate incidents that took place in Brooklyn then Manhattan
- The stabbing comes nearly a week after NY Mayor Bill de Blasio announced that the city had one of its safest Augusts on record
