  • Video obtained by DailyMail.com shows a Cameroonian man breaking his ankle after trying to escape a hotel surrounded by Mexican National Guard soldiers

  • The man is seen lying on the ground and screaming in pain, saying: 'Jesus, Jesus, Jesus' after being found by officials

  • Mexican authorities have rounded up about 1,000 mostly Haitian migrants after many fled Del Rio, Texas and returned to the Mexican side of the border

  • Some are being kept in hotels that are heavily guarded by immigration officers

  • The hotels are raided nighty with officers rounding up migrants to fly them to Tapachula, Todd Bensman of the Center for Immigration Studies said

  • 'They told me what their strategy is and what their orders are - it's to clear out all the Haitians who fled from the [Texas] camp,' he told DailyMail.com
