Basayev nearly busted, fake leg seized
 Illegal armed units cannot change the Chechen situation, First Deputy Prime Minister Ramzan Kadyrov told Interfax. "If this summer is hot, we will go on vacation to Sochi. There is nothing that can influence the situation in Chechnya," he said. "The Chechen president's security service and law enforcement departments have nearly caught Shamil Basayev. We have his personal weapon and the German-made prosthetic appliance he left behind in his escape.
