11 civilians dead in ISIS massacre- Iraq

The Joint Operation Center intensified pursuing ISIS fighters inside Iraq and said the battle against ISIS is "ongoing" The Iraqi forces promised most severe punishment to the perpetrators to seek justice for the victims.
