Joe Biden on Monday told the COP26 climate summit in Glasgow that he apologized for Donald Trump's withdrawal of US from Paris Agreement

Biden's apology was laughed at on Tuesday by an author in the state-owned Global Times

The president was described as 'hypocritical and powerless'

The author pointed out that some were waiting for Trump to be re-elected and apologize for Biden's apology

The author also noted that Biden was unable to manage to get all the Democrats on side to support his plan for tackling climate change
