Is DC Spending us into Civil War?

Not ethnic, religious, and language differences. They even noted, countries with higher levels of democratic freedom did not have a decreased the risk of civil war either. So I ask, is DC spending us into a Civil War? Given we are now a nation with over $28 Trillion in overspending debt and a elected leadership seeking to add another $4.5T (+/-) on top of that in the coming weeks. A nation hamstrung with a 14.2% growing US poverty rate, with a collection of corrupt government officials that continue to overspend and desperately hand out money to appease the poor.
