3 arrested for Nangarhar Mosque Blast

On Friday a blast took place inside a mosque during the Friday prayers in Spinghar. Two people were killed and 17 others were maimed, according to local officials. Zabiullah Mujahid, deputy minister of information and culture, said that three suspected perpetrators were arrested on charges of involvement in the attack. "These criminals will be treated based on Islamic regulations and Sharia," he said.
