34 new guests at Club Fed...
Thirty-four men were transferred from Afghanistan to the U.S. Naval Base at Guantanamo Bay, meaning there are 598 in the Camp Delta facility planned for a little over 600. The men are being held as enemy combatants and being interrogated, mostly for any information they have on planned terrorist attacks. Though not all have been positively identified, they are believed to be from some three dozen countries, and some of their governments have sent delegations to try to verify their identities and help in interrogations. I'd guess the majority of them come from Pakland. They were working like beavers in the wake of the consulate bombing and the assassination attempt on Perv.
