Biden officially RESTARTS Trump's 'Remain in Mexico' policy

- Known officially as the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) program, asylum-seekers will now have to return to waiting in Mexico for their cases to be heard
- It comes as four GOP senators introduced a bill that would prevent Biden from paying illegal immigrants who were separated from their families under Trump
- Bill was proposed by Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and Senators Thom Tillis, John Cornyn of Texas and Tom Cotton
