Trump Files Lawsuit Against New York Attorney General Letitia James
[THEGATEWAYPUNDIT] Former President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!...has filed a lawsuit against New York Attorney General Letitia James over her probe into his business dealings. Lawyers representing Trump are arguing that she has violated his constitutional rights with the investigation that has been going on for more than two years. In the suit, lawyers representing Trump and his family’s real estate company argue that the inquiry is politically motivated. "Her mission is guided solely by political animus and a desire to harass, intimidate, and retaliate against a private citizen who she views as a political opponent," Trump’s lawyers wrote in the complaint, according to a report from the New York Times ...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...
