Blast in Herat Leaves 7 Dead, 9 Wounded
[TOLO] At least seven people were killed and nine others were wounded in a blast that took place on Saturday evening in PD12 of the capital of Herat province, local officials said on Saturday. According to the officials, the explosives were placed in a van that was detonated in the city. Provincial health officials said medical centers received seven fatalities and nine wounded people from the incident. At least four women were among the dead, health officials said.
