Man brutally beaten and stomped by a gang in Harlem then left unconscious in the middle of the road - where he is run over by passing car, as crime spikes in NYC
 - A trio of attackers was caught on video brutally beating a man at a Harlem intersection and then abandoning him on the street when they were through
- As the wounded victim laid on the ground in a fetal position, an oncoming car began blaring its horn before running over his head
- It happened as New York City continues to battle an uptick in violent crimes
- Last month, it recorded a 38.5 per cent increase in overall crime compared with the same period in January 2021
