- Blinken spoke of Russian forces using 'increasingly brutal methods, including going at civilians and civilian populations'
- 'So I think the terrible expectation is that the suffering we've already seen is likely to get worse before it gets better,' Blinken said
- He said a no-fly zone was a no-go because the only option was to 'send NATO planes into Ukrainian airspace and shoot down Russian planes'
- 'And hat could lead to a full-fledged war in Europe,' Blinken said
- Blinken's doing a tour of six European countries, while Harris will travel to Warsaw and Bucharest on Wednesday
