Russian Gives Up Chernihiv Also - militaryland sitrep
Nearly all Russian troops have withdrawn from both siege of Kiev (2 April) and Chernihiv (3 April). Probably 10-20k troops total withdrawn from territory about the size of Delaware.Ukraine is also making some advances in both the east near Sumy and the south near Oleksandrika.
