Russian Gives Up Sumy area in Ukraine- militaryland sitrep
Russia withdrew from the W and N of Kiev on 2 April, then withdrew from the NE around Chernihiv on 3 April and now has withdrawn from the area near Suny in the E of the Ukraine on 4 April. Ukraine forces are basically at the Russia border in all these areas.Russian forces are making some gains to the West of Donetsk and Luhansk and some gains in completing the conquest of Mariupol.
