Man, 23, named person-of-interest in Washington DC shooting that injured four 'kills himself' in gun-strewn apartment as 'his chilling final posts are revealed' and cops say he targeted random victims 'sniper-style'

- Person-of-interest Raymond Spencer, 23, has since been found dead in the bathroom of a gun-strewn apartment near the scene of Friday's shooting
- The man shot himself, according to The Washington Post , citing two individuals familiar with the matter
- DC police chief said Spencer had a 'sniper-like setup' in the a fifth-floor apartment overlooking the scene
- He evoked the infamous Beltway Sniper attacks of 2002 that killed 10 people in the area
- 'It appears this person was shooting randomly at anyone who was out there. There could have been a lot of damage done, and lives lost.'
- Police were seen escorting large groups of people near the apartment building and Edmund Burke School
