Situation near Kherson/Nikolaev sector (via V Kontakte):🎯The situation in the Nikolaev-Kherson direction as of 20:00 on May 23, 2022 ▪The long-awaited counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the positions of the RF Armed Forces in the Nikolaev and Kherson regions is still limited to sporadic shelling along the entire line of contact and strengthening positions.  ▪Instead of full-fledged activity, only the work of the DRG is noted so far: the Armed Forces of Ukraine are most actively probing the defense of the RF Armed Forces near Aleksandrovka. Army and tactical aviation of the Ukrainian Air Force works on the positions of the Russian Armed Forces from the airfields of Voznesensk and Dolgintsevo. ▪Units of 80 Separate Airborne Assault Brigade, after being re-equipped, are being transferred to the Soledar direction.
