Iran/EU/US Nuke talks to resume-
DUBAI, Aug 3 (Reuters) - Top Iranian and U.S. officials will resume talks in Vienna this week on reviving the 2015 nuclear pact, officials from both countries said on Wednesday, though they played down chances of a breakthrough and placed the onus on each other to compromise... Why this farce, you may ask. Analysts say neither side wants to be blamed for collapse of the negotiations. US doesn't want to admit Iran is going nuke. Iran doesn't want to be blamed for going nuke.
