Man charged with killing sheriff's deputy fires gun at police cars while on wild chase down Oklahoma highway
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] - Bodycam and dashcam footage has been released by Oklahoma City Police which sees suspect Benjamin Plank leading police on a car chase
- Plank could be seen towing a speedboat down the interstate in a truck
- He led police on a pursuit to Tinker Air Force Base where he was finally caught
- He allegedly fired shots from a rifle at pursuing police as he drove down I-35 before surrendering at the Air Force base entrance
- Footage sees him finally being tased and placed in cuffs as he is arrested
- Sergeant Bobby Swartz was fatally shot while serving Plank an eviction notice
- Swartz was the first deputy to be shot and killed in the county since 1935
- Plank was charged with first-degree murder for the death of Swartz and three counts of shooting with intent to kill
