members reportedly mutilated a traffic enforcer’s ear in Aybak city, the quiet provincial capital of Samangan province in central Afghanistan, after the traffic officer stopped their car to avoid traffic congestion.

The Taliban authorities have not yet responded to the situation by making a statement or a comment, despite the fact that the cause or reason for the Taliban’s shootings of the woman in Takhar has not yet been disclosed.
