Treasury's Yellen is not part of post-midterm transition plans, White House says
[Washington Examiner] Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and White House economic adviser Brian Deese are not part of a planned shake-up after the November elections, the White House said.President Joe Biden’s press secretary told reporters that while the White House is planning for transitions, the post-midterm reorganization does not include the two economic advisers. "Neither Secretary Yellen or Brian Deese are part of those plans," Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters Wednesday.
