Real or Deepfake
[Applied Research Labs in Collaboration with Rantburg-University]This app is meant to demonstrate the difficulty of distinguishing between real, human-generated text and deepfake text in a variety of contexts (i.e., news, e-mails, webpages, computer code, and technical content such as physics and biomedical papers). It pulls from a corpus of real and generated text that was created using only open-source techniques and data, with the intention for it to be publicly released.
