- The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) held fundraisers in Paris and Geneva earlier this month, it was reported this weekend
- Asked for comment by DailyMail.com, the DCCC said: Chairman Maloney has been on a 10 city, 10 day fundraising swing raising millions of dollars'
- They were being raised to 'help stop MAGA Republicans who want to pass a national abortion ban from gaining control of Congress'
- Their European trek came just over a month before the midterm elections
- Democrats are projected to narrowly lose control of the House
- Invitations were aimed at earning donations from American expats in Europe. U.S. citizens living abroad are allowed to participate in elections back home, including voting absentee and giving money to candidates.
