Turkish FM: Libyan Government Not Authorised to Sign Agreements

Responding to Ceviköz’s criticism, Cavusoglu stated that the "interim Libyan governments were established under UN initiatives, and that these governments are not authorised to sign international agreements, but are able to sign memorandums."
