Karim Azizi, 36, was arrested for hitting a man with a baseball bat after a dispute

A 47-year-old pedestrian was walking in Harlem when he was struck on the head

It took place near W. 148th St. outside a Chinese takeaway and was recorded

Azizi was arrested at his home a few hundred meters from the scene

He was pictured being walked by police into Central Booking on Wednesday
