Armed tribesmen attack UAE-backed mercenaries in Shabwah
by Emad AlmarshahiArmed tribesmen riding a military vehicle opened fire on a checkpoint belonging to the UAE-funded “Shabwah Defense” militia on Tuesday in Nissab area, west of Ataq city, the center of Shabwah province, eastern Yemen, local sources reported. This comes after the tribesmen plundered a number of military vehicles belonging to the UAE and fled with them to different areas, according to the sources.
