King Charles Favours Elaborate Rather Than Cut-Price Coronation

| If the country put aside just a few pennies every year he was crown prince, they’ll have a tidy sum saved up for the thing — he was, after all, the longest serving crown prince in English history. And as he’s already 74, he isn’t likely to need more than just silver jubilee celebration at the 25-year mark, unlike his mother — who made it up to Platinum. On the other hand, we know nobody bothered to set aside those pennies, so they’re probably going to have to cut NHS services again to afford it... or what’s left of the armed forces. |
