Pakistan: A looming military offensive and quest for international support
A view from India. [ORFonline] The growing presence of anti-Pakistain terror groups has prompted Pakistain to adopt a hard stance. Pakistain’s military is contemplating a new offensive against Tehrik-e-Taliban...Arabic for students... Pakistain (TTP) and its associated factions. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held two rounds of the National Security Committee (NSC) meeting with senior civilian and military leaders to devise a strategy against the terrorist organization. The official statement from the NSC meeting stated that "Pakistain’s security is uncompromisable, and the full writ of the state will be maintained on every inch of Pakistain’s territory."
