Biden Administration's Attack on 1st Amendment
Donald Trump posed an existential threat to the administrative state.[Powerline] The Biden administration, the same old faces in slightly different places, the same old ideas, the same old graft  ...the collection of boodlers, grifters, hangers-on, and self-proclaimed expertsaffiliated with the Biden Crime Family. Entrusted with an entire nation as the result of a suspicious election, they set about happily implementing stuff they absorbed in college, all of which blew up and splattered the rest of us... is taking a whole-of-government approach to torturing new Twitter under Elon Musk into silence. Those damn Twitter Files have gotten under someone’s skin and the FTC is on the case, demanding that Twitter "identify all journalists" who have had a look. That should get someone’s attention. The FTC demand is part of a broader investigation on which the Wall Street Journal reports here ("The FTC is also seeking to depose Mr. Musk in connection with the probe").
