Yemeni defences shoot down Saudi drone in Jawf

It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... i air defences have on Tuesday shot down a reconnaissance drone aircraft belonging to Saudi-led coalition forces over airspace of Jawf province, northern Yemen. In a brief statement, Yemeni Armed Forces Spokesman Brigadier General Yehya Sare’e said that the Air Defences managed to down a Chinese-made Wing Loong 2, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, operating by the coalition forces, after it penetrated Yemeni airspace. The drone was targeted with a locally made Surface-to-air missile today afternoon in Jawf province, according to the statement.
