UAE continues to plunder occupied Socotra archipelago

Environmental protection experts warned of the absurd practices of the UAE, which pose a threat to marine life, especially in light of the continued transfer and export of the archipelago’s wealth, and the possibility that it may reach the extraction of coral stones from the depths of the sea in the future. According to observers, the UAE, which is viewed by the local population of the island and Yemenis in general as an occupying power, has stolen perennial trees, quantities of coral reefs, rare birds and other unique components of the island, since the first day of its control of the Socotra Archipelago in April 2016.
