The Armed Forces of Ukraine, after several days of respite and concentration of forces, today undertook several very powerful “reconnaissance in force” (in the area of Maly Shcherbakov-Pyatikhatki). Such “reconnaissance” was previously a harbinger of major events, but this is not yet the second wave strike that should be considered the main one (but at night the Armed Forces of Ukraine may well try to deliver it).

And even now there is an attack of the enemy. But so far, invariably, as before in the neighboring (Orekhovsky sector), it breaks against the stamina of units of the 58th Army. The enemy suffers heavy losses and, ... in fact, so far absolutely to no avail.

But, I repeat, so far the intensity of the fighting is noticeably inferior to the battles of a week ago, although the same fighters of the 47th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (plus 82 Brigade) are attacking.

At the same time, the enemy is trying to break through our defense line south of Velikaya Novoselka again at the knock of units of the OBTF “Kaskad” and the 5th Army. To do this, today he again tried to regain control of the hills between Novodonetsk and Harvest, but without much success (although he still managed to take one opornik).

In the air, despite the not very good weather, our army aviation is working. The fighting continues.

- Enemy in the eveningcontinuedintense attacks near the village of Pyatikhatki. At the cost of significant losses, the enemy was able to cling to the outskirts of the village, and fierce battles continued there in the morning.

To the north of Pyatikhatki, forces were regrouped and reserves were brought up to increase pressure.

The enemy seeks to capture Pyatikhatki at any cost, while incurring significant losses.

- The enemy during the day conducted attacks in the area of Novodonetsky and Urozhaynoye, trying to advance between these settlements and create a threat of access to Staromlynovka.

During the day there were fierce battles near Novodonetsky.
Enemy activity in the Rovnopol region had no significant results.

- There have been no significant changes in the Donetsk direction over the past day. After unsuccessful enemy attacks in the area of Avdievka and Maryinka, the situation is stable.

The RF Armed Forces are fixed in new positions in the Pobeda area, which were taken this week.

There is no significant progress in Marinka itself. In the area of Ugledar, the enemy is probing our line of defense.

- On the Artemovsky direction, the enemy continued sporadic attacks to the north-west and south-west of the city.

Fighting continued in forest plantations.

Kleshcheevka, Yagodnoye and Berkhovka are under the confident control of the RF Armed Forces. The attempt of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to “semi-encircle Artemovsk”, as in the spring, did not produce significant results.

On the Seversky ledge, the enemy had the initiative at Razdolovka and Vasyukovka, but, as in previous days, there was no progress.

- Our troops continued to try to advance at the Spornoye and Belogorovka.

- In the Kupyansky direction, our troops repelled enemy attacks west of Kremennaya and continued to consolidate in positions occupied during the advance to the village of Terny, west of the Svatovo-Kremennaya highway.

The transfer of additional enemy forces to the Svatov direction is noted.

In the course of hostilities in the Kupyansk direction, the aircraft of the Zapad group of forces delivered 11 missile and bomb strikes against the concentration of manpower, weapons, military and special equipment from the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade and 103rd Territorial Defense Brigade.

The artillery of the group opened and destroyed the enemy’s DRG from the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade in the area of the village of Sinkovka, and also thwarted three attempts to rotate units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the forefront of the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade, 103rd and 105th Territorial Defense brigades in the areas settlements Masyutovka, Kislovka and Molchanovo.

In the defense zone of the 1st Tank Army, during counterbattery fire from a 122mm D-30 howitzer under the command of Corporal Vasily Zaitsev, an enemy mortar crew was destroyed in the area of the settlement of Berestovoye.

The enemy is advancing in the Novodonetsk direction. The infantry of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacks with the support of tanks and lightly armored vehicles with significant forces.

The enemy managed to advance along the landings between Harvest and Novodonetsk. The enemy floods the area with rounds, only ruins remain from Novodonetsk.

Artillery units of the "Center" grouping attacked four places of accumulation of enemy equipment in the areas: Terny, Torskoye, Yampolovka and Serebryanskoye forestry.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine, using NATO tanks and infantry fighting vehicles, attacked in the morning in the Orekhovsky direction on the Rabotino-Verbove line.

The new wave was repulsed by our fighters from the 291st and 70th regiments, special forces, artillery and those mobilized from Moscow and the Moscow region.

- In the South-Donetsk direction, units of the group of forces "Vostok", with the support of artillery and aviation, inflicted fire damage on the enemy, who is trying to conduct offensive operations.

The enemy attack in the Novodarovka area was thwarted. Artillery fire hit manpower. Having suffered losses, the enemy retreated.

Army aviation forces destroyed three tanks, an armored fighting vehicle south of the Oktyabr state farm. In the same area, the manpower of the APU TOS "Solntsepyok" was successfully hit.

The military personnel of the Vostok group of troops show courage and heroism in the performance of combat missions.

The commander of the obstacle platoon of the engineer-sapper battalion, Senior Lieutenant Vitaly Parfyonov, as part of the crew of the UR-77 demining installation, performed a combat mission of making a passage in a minefield near the front line of defense. The enemy started shelling.

Operational-tactical and army aviation, missile forces and artillery of groups of troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during the day defeated 97 artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at firing positions, manpower and military equipment in 103 districts.

- In the areas of the settlements of Novopavlovka in the Donetsk People's Republic and Tomarino in the Kherson region, two radar stations for detecting P-18 air targets were hit.

The group's aviation carried out missile and bomb strikes against enemy strongholds and accumulations of weapons and military equipment in the Soledaro-Artemovsky, Aleksandro-Kalinovsky and Avdeevsky directions.
