Moscow town hall publishes list of Russian Intelligence/Military sites publicly
[Twitter] Lists of Russian secret facilities were put into public domain.Every regional administration website in Russia has a document with a complicated name "List of consumers of electric energy (capacity), whose restriction of electricity consumption may lead to economic, environmental, social consequences". By perusing this file, one can find the addresses of The Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation safe houses, secret military facilities, buildings of Russia's military intelligence agency (GRU), Federal Security Service (FSB) and many other addresses that should not be made public knowledge. Information about such facilities is a state secret, and ordinary Russians are criminally liable for their disclosure.
