Pakistan: Cleric charged with sodomy
Police in Lahore registered on Friday a case against an Islamic cleric on charges of sodomizing a 15-year-old madrassa student in the Factory Area. According to the FIR, Zeeshan was a student at the Gulzar-e-Madina in Bank Stop, where Qari Rafique Hanif tutored him in Islam. Police raided the madrasa but found no sign of Hanif.
