Grand Central stabber who attacked teenage girls, 14 and 16, as they ate was freed from jail two weeks ago after wild rampage and had history of making anti-white threats
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]  - Steven Hutcherson, 36, is said to have gotten into an argument with staff at Tartinery who told him he could not sit in the restaurant's seating area
- That argument led to the attack on the innocent girls, aged 16 and 14, who were visiting from Paraguay
- Yussif Abdullahi, 46, said that he was the victim of a November 7 attack in the Bronx after he saw Hutcherson, who pointed a gun and threatened him
- Hutcherson is homeless, has a history of mental health problems, and has 17 prior arrests
