- Two more of the suspects in the case appeared in court and were released
- Steven Brown, 44, Malcolm’s cousin, and Amanda Wallace, 40, appeared in Central Islip Court days after two other suspects were released on bail
- All four have been released back on the streets thanks to the state's 'no bail' laws
