Long Island dismemberment victims whose remains were scattered in a park for children to find - as two more suspects are released under NY's soft bail laws to the dismay of victims' families

Malcolm Craig Brown, 53, and Donna Conneely, 59, were identified Monday as the victims of a dismembering on Long Island

Two more of the suspects in the case appeared in court and were released

Steven Brown, 44, Malcolm’s cousin, and Amanda Wallace, 40, appeared in Central Islip Court days after two other suspects were released on bail

All four have been released back on the streets thanks to the state's 'no bail' laws
