A special grand jury found that ex assistant principal Ebony Parker showed a reckless disregard for the lives of Richneck Elementary School students

The case centered around the January 6, 2023 incident which saw a six-year-old boy shoot his teacher, Abby Zwerner, leaving her with a collapsed lung

Zwerner accused Parker and others of ignoring multiple warnings the boy had a gun and was in a 'violent mood' the day of the shooting
