Oncologist reveals the five daily habits he carries out to 'prevent cancer'
[MAIL] An oncologist has lifted the lid on the five measures you should take every day to 'prevent cancer.'

Dr. Waqqas Tai is a New York-based health expert who specializes in cancer cases and frequently shares advice on his TikTok account, where he boasts more than 14,500 followers.

The oncologist often dishes out tips for people to stay healthy, recently detailing the various practices that could help your life long term.

In a viral video, which has so far amassed more than 432,000 views, he revealed he would never consume any alcohol or red meats to keep his health in top shape.

He detailed the five things you should avoid - from meats to obesity - to assist in prolonging your life.

Dr. Waqqas captioned the clip: 'Five things I recommend to prevent cancer.'

He begins: 'Here are five things I would never do as a cancer doctor. Number one, smoking tobacco.'

'Using any tobacco product and vaping is all carcinogenic,' he added. Carcinogenic means that something has the potential to cause cancer.

He added: 'It causes harder build up in your lungs, which causes tissue damage to the lungs and that can also cause cancer.'
