Indos, Paks back off on cross-border fire
  • For the first time in five days, the Pakistani Army lowered the intensity of firing and shelling against Indian border positions. People continued fleeing border hamlets, with migration figures crossing the 7,000. The number of rounds fired dropped from 14,000-16,000 to 3,000-4,000.
Good idea. Back off. Take a deep breath. Don't do anything hasty.
