Biden: ‘Our response is to increase the number & intensity of these extreme Weather Events’
[X] Even the mighty White House cannot control the weather. Possibly the man meant they would make the response worse — which they’re doing their best to accomplish — but given that the man is well down the road to senility, there’s no knowing what he really intended.
