China spys more than anybody in the Cold War ever did
[X] CHINA'S ESPIONAGE ACTIVITIES REACH UNPRECEDENTED LEVELS, THREATENING WESTERN GOVERNMENTS 🇨🇳China's intelligence gathering operations have surged to an all-time high, posing a significant challenge to Western nations. These efforts have far exceeded Cold War-era espionage activities in both scale and persistence. According to US intelligence, around 600 000 individuals are involved in China's intelligence and security operations. The FBI has revealed that Chinese hackers outnumber its own cyber personnel by at least 50 to one. FBI Director Christopher Wray stated that China's hacking program surpasses the combined efforts of all other major nations. Recently, a data breach linked to a Chinese state-owned company compromised 260,000 internet-connected devices across several countries, including the US, UK, and France. Additionally, investigations uncovered that Chinese cargo cranes in US seaports were equipped with technology allowing remote control by Chinese intelligence.
