The border regions of Saada have been witnessing continued attacks by the Saudi military, resulting in thousands of casualties and widespread destruction of residents' properties. Saada's police department announced that 1,117 non-combatants were killed in 2024 due to 1,015 violations by the Saudi military, despite the agreement on de-escalation and a ceasefire.
